Blueprint 15 Executive Director resigns as Children Rising Center project remains paused

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Executive Director of the nonprofit working with residents in the old 15th Ward in Syracuse is resigning.

Raquan Pride-Green confirmed to the I-Team on Thursday that he submitted his resignation letter to the Board of Directors.
