PHOENIX N.Y. — New York State Police arrested Kimberlee Pontello, 37, of Liverpool, NY, early Tuesday morning on two outstanding warrants for felony grand larceny, following a traffic stop in the village of Phoenix.
Around 3:11 a.m., a Trooper from State Police Fulton (Troop D) observed a vehicle committing traffic violations on State Street and initiated a stop on Davis Street. During the stop, the driver, later identified as Pontello, provided a false name. Further investigation revealed her true identity, leading to her arrest for Criminal Impersonation in the Second Degree, a misdemeanor.
Pontello was issued an appearance ticket for Phoenix Village Court before being transferred to State Police Homer for processing on two Class E felony warrants related to previous thefts…
