BRADFORD COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man has been sentenced after he delivered fentanyl to a patient at a hospital he pretended to visit.
51-year-old Kirby Spruill of New York was sentenced to a minimum of 45 months to a maximum of 12 years on the charge of possession with intent to deliver 5.18 grams of fentanyl.

Spruill was charged after an incident in December 2024 at the Robert Packer Hospital. Officials reported that Spruill was seen to hand drugs to a patient he was supposedly “visiting.”
