A man wanted in connection with a stabbing outside a McDonald’s in Salina has surrendered, according to police. Thomas Driscoll, 22, of Clay, turned himself in on July 25 after allegedly stabbing a 59-year-old man during a fight five days earlier.
Deputies say Driscoll fled the scene with others after stabbing the victim in the arm around midnight on July 20. The injured man was treated at Upstate University Hospital and released.
Driscoll faces a felony second-degree assault charge and is awaiting arraignment…
