SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A man is dead after being hit by a car near the Oncenter parking garage.
According to Syracuse Police, around 7 a.m. on July 31, officers responded to the scene of an accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian at the intersection of East Adams Street and South Townsend Street.
Police say the man was seen in the road just north of the intersection, suffering from traumatic injuries. He was taken to Upstate Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead despite life-saving efforts…
