Baldwinsville man charged with grand larceny, criminal mischief

MORRISTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – A 23-year-old Baldwinsville man that was making a delivery is facing charges after allegedly stealing a watch and damaging it.

According to the New York State Police, they arrested Austin Tyrrell and charged him with third-degree grand larceny and criminal mischief.

Just after 11:35 a.m. on May 11, state troopers responded to a larceny complaint on Point Comfort Road in the town of Morristown. Their investigation revealed that Tyrrell, who was an employee of Dunk and Bright Furniture Store, had made allegedly made a delivery to the victim’s residence on the same day the watch went missing.
