SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR) — The first phases of the I-81 Viaduct Project are progressing during the height of construction season in Central New York.
The southern and northern interchanges that are located in Cicero and Syracuse are anticipated to be completed by the end of 2025, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.
