SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Upgrades of the playground at Skiddy Park at 300 Tioga St. in Syracuse are now complete.
Syracuse official unveiled the playground’s improvements on Monday. It now includes accessibility upgrades for children ages 2 to 12.
