SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Syracuse’s soon-to-open aquarium is diving into the local film industry.
Construction is still underway at the state-of-the-art aquarium at the Inner Harbor, but plans for what happens inside are already taking shape through a new partnership.
