17-year-old who shot another teen in Oswego County not facing charges at this time, troopers say

Palermo, N.Y. — A 17-year-old boy who shot another teen during an altercation Wednesday afternoon in Oswego County is not facing charges at this time, State Police said Friday.

Around 1:30 p.m., troopers responded to a disturbance at a home on Route 49 in Palermo, according to Trooper Jennifer Jiron.
