48-year-old man stabbed on Merriman Avenue in Syracuse

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A 48-year-old man was stabbed on Merriman Avenue in Syracuse on Monday, August 18, according to Syracuse Police.

Officers arrived to West Onondaga Street around 10:52 p.m. for a report of a stabbing with injuries. They found a man suffering from an apparent stab wound to the neck.

The victim was transported to Upstate University Hospital. He is listed in stable condition, and his injuries are considered non life-threatening…
