DEWITT, N.Y. (WSYR-TV)– DeWitt police have arrested a suspect in relation to a stabbing at a hotel.
The DeWitt Police Department Officers were dispatched to the Days Inn, located at 6609 Thompson Rd., on August 20, at about 10:57 p.m. for a report of a stabbing.
When officers arrived, they found a 22-year-old woman in a hotel room with a stab wound to her chest and lacerations on her arms, and she was going in and out of consciousness. Officers also found a pit bull that had been stabbed in the chest as well. The suspect had fled the scene before police arrived…
