Improper cooling and refrigerated storage of potentially hazardous foods (critical):
The inspector found the display cooler behind the counter not operating properly to maintain potentially hazardous (TCS) foods at or below 45°F. Approximately 1/2 container of opened coconut milk was recorded at 51°F, and the manager stated it had been in the cooler for two days. The manager voluntarily threw out the milk. Approximately half a container of Almond milk was recorded at 52°F. The manager stated it was opened two hours prior and stored in the cooler.
