SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Tenants living in the Nob Hill apartment complex in Syracuse are continuing to voice their frustrations over ongoing issues with their living conditions, as a lawsuit against the building’s owners remains unresolved.
The city initiated legal action in April over code violations, but the hearing has been postponed five times.
