SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The Syracuse Police Union shared a video on its Facebook page on August 31, showing New York State Troopers making an arrest, cracking down on what the union calls “reckless and dangerous” motorcycle groups on the city’s west side.
