Residents who want to relocate away from the I-81 Viaduct Project are eligible for housing vouchers. The Syracuse Housing Authority says it has $5 million in vouchers for those who live closest to the viaduct and want to move away from the construction.
The authority says it is trying to give families flexibility and stability. It plans to meet with residents in the area and has established a dedicated phone line as a central contact.
