GEDDES, N.Y. — The Town of Geddes Police Department announced an arrest into a shooting at a party that hurt four people.
Geddes Police charged Kelvin Rivera-Dejesus, 29, of Syracuse with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Firearm. Both charges are felonies.
