CICERO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV)– The North Syracuse City School District sent out a letter informing parents that the construction of a roundabout in Cicero may cause delays for students traveling to and from school.
The roundabout is being installed on Route 31 near Torchwood Lane and Thompson Road in Cicero. The district says in the letter that they were told on the morning of Sept. 3 that the project is scheduled to continue on Sept. 9.
The roundabout project overlaps with a project to demolish and rebuild the South Bay Road Bridge. Together, road closures from both projects may lengthen school bus times as the year begins…
