Route 81 drivers face slowdowns just south of downtown Syracuse for the next month

Drivers on Interstate 81 will see what transportation officials are calling rolling slowdowns for the next month, just south of downtown Syracuse.

The New York State Department of Transportation has estimated the delays could last 5 to 10 minutes in both the northbound and southbound lanes.
