Protesters demand action after Cato factory workers detained in raid

Oswego N.Y. — Protesters continue to gather outside the Oswego Border Patrol Station, voicing their outrage over last week’s detention of approximately 60 workers from Nutrition Bar Confectioners in Cato. The workers were taken by federal authorities during a Homeland Security investigation, with some families reporting that their loved ones are now in other states, facing deportation.

Protesters have been camping outside the station, urging city leaders to intervene.
