Syracuse, N.Y. — A woman has been found guilty of conspiring to traffic guns from Georgia to Syracuse but avoided dozens of charges for possessing and selling firearms.
Veronica Williams, 38, was found guilty Friday of fourth-degree conspiracy, one count of criminal possession of a firearm and one count of third-degree criminal sale of a firearm.
She was found not guilty of 61 of the 64 charges against her. She was facing 25 years in prison. She now faces a maximum of 8 1/3 to 11 years in prison…
