TOWN OF MANLIUS, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — As the school year picks up, the Town of Manlius Police Department is warning drivers to slow down.
“This time of year, there tends to be more in the sense of violations because you’re coming off of summer, and often drivers forget,” Captain Jeffrey Slater explained.
