OWASCO — An 18-year-old Cortland woman was arrested Sept. 12 on a warrant charging her with third-degree assault stemming from a fight during the July 3 fireworks at Emerson Park.
Salina L. Losaw-Marshall was taken into custody by the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office and transported to the Cayuga County Public Safety Building for processing.
The arrest warrant was issued after deputies investigated a fight that occurred around 10:48 p.m. July 3 in the parking lot at 6879 E. Lake Rd. as vehicles were leaving the fireworks display…
