FAYETTEVILLE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — It was around 3:15 p.m. on Monday, September 15, when Meg Lenish had to use the new Exit 3 off-ramp for the first time.
“I was taking my cats to the veterinarian for a checkup, and it was all backed up. We were getting on 481 south,” she said.
