Construction cut business at popular downtown pub; now it’s forcing a temporary closure

Syracuse, N.Y. — For more than two years, the Ale ‘n Angus Pub in downtown Syracuse stayed open despite a massive construction project across the street.

Then, just as that started to wind down, another big project started up.

This time, the Ale ‘n Angus at 238 Harrison St. is forced to temporarily shut down. The closing starts today and will last until Oct. 10…
