SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Community members and Syracuse city leaders came together to paint a new mural on the city’s south side. The new public art installation is bringing brilliant blues, eye-popping oranges and pleasant shades of pink to an otherwise dull, dark bridge on the corner of State and Taylor streets.
“This is just, you know, something simple and easy to do for the community,” Assemblywoman Pamela Hunter said.
