Court issues restraining order for man accused of murdering girlfriend, son with shotgun

Syracuse, N.Y. (WSTM) — A full non-contact restraining order was issued against a New York man on Tuesday after he was accused of killing his son and girlfriend.

David Huff, 43, was arrested in connection with the March 17 deaths of Yeraldith Tschudy, 32, of Rochester and Jeremiah Huff, 11, with a Remington 870 Express 12-gauge shotgun in Syracuse’s Valley neighborhood.
