Jon D’Agostino, a missing Syracuse man and former Ithaca College student, has been found alive in Pennsylvania, according to law enforcement.

Authorities launched the search after D’Agostino’s car was discovered at Buttermilk Falls State Park, outside Ithaca, New York, along with his phone and written messages potentially alluding to self-harm, according to Syracuse.com.

D’Agostino was reportedly last seen leaving the Ithaca College campus, where he was formerly a student, on September 7. That was when his vehicle was found along with a note that raised concerns for his welfare.
