CLAY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — New York State Police have confirmed to NewsChannel 9 that a 30-year-old Clay man is facing murder charges over the death of his aunt.
Back on July 3, NYSP responded to a home on Marlin Drive regarding the report of an unconscious woman, who was later identified as 58-year-old Christa Baxter. Despite life-saving measures, Baxter was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
