CICERO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV)—Drivers in Cicero are asking for answers and help after receiving tickets for passing stopped school buses even though, in some cases, the buses weren’t on the road.
Casey Isabell, a Gillette Middle School parent, says she received two violations, but didn’t pass a bus.
