SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A man has been arrested and charged in an attempted kidnapping in Syracuse.
According to Syracuse Police, on Thursday, October 16, around 9:22 a.m., a 911 caller reported seeing a black male with a knife chasing a black female in the 500 block of East Willow Street.
Police arrived to the area and found a distraught 15-year-old female. She told officers that while she was walking down the street, a male called out to her and asked her how old she was. Then, he ran up to her, grabbed her by the shoulder, with a knife in his hand, and said “you are coming home with me.”…
