SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — For years, Syracuse’s Valley neighborhood has gone without a full-service grocery store. But that’s about to change, thanks to one woman’s persistence.
The old Tops Friendly Market in Syracuse’s Valley Plaza has sat empty since 2018, leaving families without a nearby place to buy fresh produce.
