27-year-old Kashaud Alexander is a Black male with black hair, brown eyes, about 200 pounds, and 5’8″.
He is wanted by Syracuse Police for an incident that happened back on Sept. 20, on Lodi Street. The victim reported to police that Alexander forcibly stole her necklace by pushing her face with an open hand and then grabbing it while she was wearing it, and yanking it from her neck…
