FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The United States Marshals Service has arrested a New York man in Fayetteville wanted for murder.
USMS said in a news release that around 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Rephayah Oselmo was arrested after being wanted for second-degree murder and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
