SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV)—A local contractor said he has been waiting nearly two months to be paid for several jobs completed through the lawn care and snow removal app, Plowz & Mowz, and he’s not the only one.
Rich Dunnigan told NewsChannel 9 he has used the platform for the past couple of months, accepting work from leaf cleanup to lawn maintenance across Central New York. According to Dunnigan, nearly $400 worth of completed jobs from September have still not been deposited into his bank account.
“It’s been 60 days now that I haven’t received any payment,” Dunnigan said. “It’s pretty tricky to run a business when you are not getting compensated for it.”…
