Syracuse, N.Y. — Overnight parking restrictions start Saturday in downtown Syracuse as the city prepares for snow this winter.
Seasonal odd-even parking rules apply on select downtown streets from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m, city officials said Friday. The restrictions, which continue through April 1, alternate parking between sides of the street to give snowplows room to clear roads.
