State Police say Troopers were dispatched to Tractor Supply on Route 13 in Cortlandville Thursday evening for a reported larceny. Troopers were informed a vehicle with two suspects fled the area after they stole several Carhartt jackets.
A description of the vehicle and of the two suspects was obtained with Troopers locating the vehicle on Route 281. State Police say the vehicle attempted to get onto the I81 connector when Troopers initiated a traffic stop.
During the traffic stop, Troopers interviewed the two suspected identified as 27 year old Nyraeisa Bibbs and 23 year old Naughtica T. Fulton, both of Syracuse. State Police say while Troopers were interviewing Fulton, she locked the vehicle with her key fob and threw the keys inside the vehicle in an effort to hinder their investigation…
