The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) announced that Mr. Woodruff, who was reported missing in Clay, New York, has been found safe. He is now receiving care and support. Sheriff Toby Shelley thanked the community and media for sharing information quickly, which helped in locating Mr. Woodruff.
