The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information to locate David Woodruff, a 73-year-old man with dementia who is missing. He was last seen near Norstar Blvd. at about 6:18 PM. He was wearing a gray long-sleeve shirt, blue pants, a leather jacket, and a brown knit cap.
