MANLIUS, N.Y. — The Manlius Police Department announced an arrest in a drive-by shooting investigation that began in June.
The police department said it charged Dylan Herring, 20, of Syracuse with attempted murder in the second degree and conspiracy in the fourth degree. Both charges are felonies.
