SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Chance’s case caught the attention of Central New York back in late October when he underwent life-saving surgery after being stabbed.
Since then, Chance recovered and was adopted into his forever home, but his brutal story shed a light on a greater problem: animal cruelty.
