CLAY, N.Y. — The 91-year-old woman who Onondaga county wants to evict from her home is fighting back with a lawsuit that could hold up the start of the massive Micron construction project.
Azalia King wants the 20-year-old agreement with the county to buy her property to be properly enforced. King and her husband were guaranteed the right to stay in their home until their death. Her husband died a few years ago, but Azalia King is still alive and wants to stay.
