EAST SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Scott Kelly didn’t even have a TikTok account when a friend of his sent him a blurry screenshot of a resume with millions of likes.
“He sends me this grainy photo and says, ‘Is this your resume? It says Scott Kelly.’ I’m like, no, it’s not my resume,” Kelly says. “I downloaded TikTok for the first time, go find the video, which was pretty easy since it was the first thing I saw when I opened the app. I looked at the original video and said, ‘Yeah, that’s my resume.’”
