GEDDES, N.Y. — The annual Central New York Family Bike Giveaway is proceeding this year, despite the absence of its founder, Jan Maloff, who passed away this summer.
Donations have started to pour in at the Dairy Cattle Building on the New York State Fairgrounds, where operations began on Tuesday.
