SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Syracuse University Department of Public Safety has a suspect in custody following an assault incident in a campus parking garage.
On Nov. 19 around 12:45 p.m. DPS officers responded to the University Avenue Garage when a Syracuse University-affiliated individual was returning to their vehicle and found the suspect inside.
