Binghamton, NY – A weak wave of low pressure is expected to pass just south of the region tonight, bringing light rain to portions of northeastern Pennsylvania, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton. The rest of Central New York will stay mostly dry before a second system arrives late in the weekend.
According to the National Weather Service, temperatures across the region will hover in the upper 30s to low 40s tonight, with slightly cooler readings in higher elevations.
