Syracuse, N.Y. ― Two teens have been indicted for the murder of a Syracuse man in June on the city’s East Side.
Alijah Barroso, 16, and Noelle Cummings, 17, are accused of fatally shooting Juan J. Rodriguez Jr., 22, on June 8, according to an indictment filed in Onondaga County Court.
