Man shut himself inside house after threatening neighbor with gun in Syracuse, police say

Syracuse, N.Y. — A man locked himself inside a Syracuse home for over two hours Tuesday after threatening his neighbor with a gun, police said.

Around 8:18 a.m., Syracuse police responded to a menacing with a gun call in the 100 Block of Washington Square, according to Kieran Coffey, a spokesperson for the police department.
