Clay, N.Y. — A man has been accused of beating his aunt to death inside her home in Clay, according to a new indictment.
Kristen A. Baxter, 31, is accused of beating Christa M. Baxter for a “period of time,” causing blunt force trauma injuries to her head and compression injuries to her neck, according to an indictment filed in Onondaga County Court.
