SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Ice dams are starting to show up on roofs across Central New York, a problem that can lead to leaks, roof damage and expensive repairs.
They’re one of the most common winter problems home inspectors see across the region, especially during freeze and thaw cycles.
